This article describes the Kit created for Peace Education in Sierra Leone. It is a case study of how schools and community may work together to contribute to a national peace-building effort. It gives an explanation on how the kit was created, applied and evaluated. The sections in the article are: Peace Building, The Sierra Leone Peace Education Kit Project, Developing the Curriculum, Working With Teachers, Evaluation, Capacity-Building Approach, Religion and Peace. It looks like a very structured approach for Peace Education, one that I would love to implement in my school.
