This article is in response of schooling to the challenges of the 21st century. By using large numbers of pupils with learning disabilities such as, attention and concentration difficulties, problems applying learning to new context, language-based difficulties, working memory limitations and problems in self -regulating learning, the authors set out to examine two elements to determine the effectiveness of project based learning: academic achievement and attitudes toward learning. The views on the effectiveness and ineffectiveness of project-based learning is presented in a fair and balanced approach as various authors and research is cited.
